1. BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibility: The Business Solutions Associate is responsible of developing and presenting proposals, conceptualizing business solutions and closing client sales (focused on trade event marketing, hybrid, virtual and in-person/face-to-face events) by seeking and pursuing various companies, organizations, and associations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship or any other business-related course from a prominent university
  • Work experience in the exhibition and event management, advertising, marketing, or tourism industry is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to multi-task and think under pressure
  • Organized, detailed and customer service-oriented
  • Strong business sense, resourceful, and can work long hours
  • A team player that possesses leadership skills (accountable & committed)
2. OPERATIONS FOR ACTIVITIES (PART-TIME)

Main Responsibility: An operations officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the flow of special activities such as business to business matching, symposiums, opening ceremonies, seminars, product launches, networking nights, conferences, convention activities, etc. An event producer must coordinate with different suppliers, clients, organizations to ensure the proper implementation of the activity, must make sure the project requirements shall be met in terms of timetable, quality and budget. An event producer should also have excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement all production aspects of an event
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, clients, speakers, partners and organization to ensure timelines, checklist and budgets will be followed
  • Negotiate, establish, acquire, and track strategic partnerships with trade and industry partners, organizations and associations
  • Main person in-charge for the smooth production of the event in terms of Physical or Virtual Events
  • Should support the project team head, project sales and marketing team to be able to win new and old projects, complete costings, and execute an activity.
  • Design, develop, and/or oversee activities and gimmicks to make an event worthy and successful.
  • Should be knowledgeable and can navigate 3rd party platforms such as Vimeo, streamyard, zoom, etc…
  • Should be able to take the lead for the staging of virtual and physical events
  • Should be able to provide Post Event Reports after the event
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned and needed
